• Usage data: Basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to maintain and improve the platform.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver property intelligence reports
• Process payments and send transaction confirmations
• Respond to support requests sent to hello@brickscore.ai
• Maintain platform security and prevent abuse
• Improve our services over time

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver our service, we work with a limited set of trusted third-party providers:

We retain your account information and report history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
