1. About BrickScore.ai

BrickScore.ai is an AI-powered property intelligence platform operated by MetaCons LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Our platform provides data-driven property reports to assist users in their research and decision-making process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BrickScore.ai. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Reports Are for Informational Purposes Only

BrickScore.ai provides property intelligence reports based on publicly available and licensed data. These reports are intended for informational and research purposes only.

• Reports do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice
• Data accuracy depends on third-party sources and may not reflect real-time conditions
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information from our platform
• We strongly recommend consulting licensed professionals before making any real estate decisions

4. Payments and Refunds

Report purchases and AI chat unlocks are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Because property reports are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated.

If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your report, contact us at hello@brickscore.ai and we will work to resolve it promptly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BrickScore.ai to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute report data without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use automated tools to generate reports in bulk
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BrickScore.ai — including the platform design, scoring methodology, AI analysis, and report format — is the property of MetaCons LLC. You may use reports you purchase for your own personal or business research, but you may not resell, publish, or distribute them without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BrickScore.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data in any report is complete, current, or accurate for your specific purpose.

Property data is aggregated from third-party sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but cannot guarantee the accuracy of underlying data we do not control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaCons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — BrickScore.ai, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
